Green Zone Leadership Practices
The assessment measures six evidence-based Green Zone leadership practices. Drawn from extensive research, these are the behaviours consistently linked to strong performance, continuous learning, innovation, and a healthy workplace.
These practices are grouped across three essential leadership disciplines:

Red Zone Stress Patterns
The Leadership Growth Profile also measures Red Zone behaviours. These are the stress-based, habitual responses that tend to operate unconsciously.
Red Zone behaviours are organised around three core drivers:
Approval: Seeking acceptance or validation at the expense of honesty, clarity, or accountability.
Control: Pushing for certainty or results in ways that reduce trust, psychological safety and engagement.
Safety: Prioritising self-protection in ways that limit openness, learning, or decisive action.

At the core of the Leadership Growth Profile is self-regulation. This is your ability to notice, manage, and redirect your reactions in real time.
Self-regulation sits at the centre of the profile because it governs everything else. Without it, even strong leadership intentions break down under stress.

Your results are presented as a single, integrated visual that brings together self-regulation, Green Zone practices, and Red Zone stress patterns.
Behavioural Scores and Percentiles
The report includes scored results across each leadership practice and stress pattern, shown as percentiles relative to a global leadership database.
You’ll be able to see:
